Alaa Abdelkader

Alaa Abdelkader is a seasoned professional in fraud risk management and analytics, currently serving as the Fraud Risk Management Division Leader at Zain Jordan since February 2022. Prior to this role, Alaa worked at ZainCash.jo, focusing on marketing growth and analytics with an emphasis on customer value optimization through marketing budget reallocation and consumer segmentation using machine learning. Alaa's extensive tenure at Zain Jordan from February 2011 to October 2021 included positions as Senior Data Analyst, IP Core Engineer, and Enterprise Network Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from KPI analysis and dashboard visualization to designing complex network solutions and implementing fiber projects. Alaa holds a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya, a Master’s degree in Fintech and Financial Innovation from GBSB Global Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan.
