Hala Naser

Hala Naser has a robust background in enterprise risk management and business intelligence, currently serving in multiple roles at Zain Jordan since September 2017, including Enterprise Risk Management-GRC and Business Intelligence Developer, along with experience in customer experience. Prior to this, Hala completed a trainee position at Hikma Pharmaceuticals in 2016. Hala holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan (2012-2017) and is pursuing a Master's in Business Analytics at Princess Sumaya University for Technology, ongoing since October 2022. Hala also attended the King Abdullah School for Excellence from 2010 to 2012.
