Helda Khader is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in telecommunications and engineering. Currently serving as an Enterprise Mobile & Broadband Marketing Team Member at Zain Jordan since October 2021, Helda is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at customer retention, market analysis, and product development. Previous roles include Core Network Switching Engineer, where responsibilities included network performance monitoring and project management, and engineering internships at the Jordan Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Fund and the Technical University of Munich, focusing on technical research and product design. Helda is also an Administrative Council Member of the Al Hussein Fellowship Program Graduates Network, contributing to strategic planning and event organization.
