Hala Alsalem

Hala AlSalem is a seasoned professional in strategy and consulting, currently serving as a Strategy & CEO Support Specialist at Zain Kuwait since May 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Project Associate at Tri International Consulting Group from January 2019 to April 2022, and a brief tenure as an edad Program Fellow at McKinsey & Company in April 2018. Hala has also held leadership roles within the National Union of Kuwaiti Students in the USA, focusing on media and career development from December 2013 to June 2016. Early career experiences include internships at Cadence Inc. and the Kuwait National Petroleum Company. Hala is currently pursuing a Stackable Program in Digital Transformation at IE University and has earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
