Patrick Umba

Patrick Umba is an experienced management consultant with a robust background in corporate and regulatory affairs. They served as the Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Director at Celtel Congo (Zain Group) since 2006, where they managed regulatory issues, resource allocation, and company communications while achieving significant financial exemptions and tax reductions. Prior to this role, Patrick worked at British American Tobacco in various positions, including Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Manager, where they facilitated government relations and media communications. They earned a Master’s degree in Economics from UMONS, completing their studies in 1997.
