Alya Yacoubi

Alya Yacoubi serves as the VP of AI & Data and Head of Zaion Lab AI at Zaion since June 2020, overseeing a team focused on natural language processing, speech recognition, and data science to innovate customer service solutions and enhance user experiences through data-driven decisions. Prior experience includes roles as an Artificial Intelligence Consultant at Devoteam and an AI Engineer at DAVI The Humanizers, where Alya contributed to developing virtual intelligent agents and chatbots. Additional experience entails a teaching associate position at Paris-Sud University, internships in research software engineering and signal processing, and a solid educational foundation with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Paris-Sud University and an engineering degree from the National Engineering School of Tunis.
