William Kania

William Kania began their work experience in 2012 as a Finance Intern at Biltmore Capital Advisors. In 2016, they worked as a Pricing Analyst - Contractor at BNY Mellon before transitioning to an Operations Associate role at the same company. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an Associate in Operations and Middle Office Advisory Services at Constellation Advisers, LLC before being promoted to the position of Senior Associate in 2019. In 2020, William joined ZAIS Group as an Associate in Middle Office & Risk Reporting before being promoted to Senior Associate and eventually Vice President in Reporting & Delivery.

William Kania obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rutgers University between 2010 and 2014.
