Chief People Officer at Zaizi

Tracey Robinson, MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tracey began their career in the hospitality industry as a Head Receptionist at Ware Moat House Hotel, where they quickly progressed to Senior Receptionist and eventually became the Reception Manager. During their time there, Tracey was responsible for training receptionists, creating weekly rosters, reporting occupancy and revenue levels, and managing office administration. Tracey then moved to Castletown Golf Links Hotel as the Front Office Manager, where they continued to lead the reception department and took on additional responsibilities, such as running Duty Management shifts and ensuring the smooth running of private functions. Tracey later joined Reigate Manor Hotel as the Reception Manager and Duty Manager, where they led the front of house/reception department, trained receptionists, and reported occupancy and revenue levels to the General Manager. After that, they worked as an Office Manager/PA at Black Sun Plc, where they provided administrative support to the Managing Director and other directors, managed office services, and maintained office supplies. Tracey then transitioned to Luup as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining the office environment and answering calls. Currently, they are working at Zaizi as the Chief People Officer, leading the People and Culture team and delivering Zaizi's People Strategy to create a highly motivated and engaged workforce.

Tracey Robinson, MCIPD, attended Harlow College from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1988, they attended Hadham Hall School and obtained their GCSE's in English, Mathematics, Geography, Biology, French, History, Home Economics, Art & Design. Tracey completed their early education at Burnt Mill School from 1983 to 1986.
