Doug MacNair is an experienced professional in the brewing and custom vehicle sectors, currently serving as the Owner/Operator of Downeast Custom Vans LLC, specializing in custom RV solutions since 2020. Previously, Doug held the position of Project Manager at Zajac LLC from 2019, providing comprehensive brewing support services. As the Head of Operations at Finestkind Brewing LLC from 2018 to 2019, Doug restructured production departments and enhanced new product development. Doug's extensive career also includes significant roles at Harpoon Brewery, including Director of Engineering and IT, as well as Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed expansion projects. Furthermore, Doug served as Plant Manager and Redhook Brewmaster at Craft Brewers Alliance and Redhook Ale Brewery, respectively, managing operations and expansions across multiple facilities. Doug is an alumnus of Whitman College and the Siebel Institute of Technology.
