Amy Higgins, CBA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in credit management. Since August 2003, Amy has held the position of Senior Credit Manager at Zak Designs, where a strong background in credit management has been developed. Prior to this role, Amy served as a Marketing Specialist at Automated Accounts Inc., a full-service collection agency, from August 1995 to July 2003. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Washington State University, earned in 1995, and is currently pursuing further education with the National Association of Credit Management, having obtained the Credit Business Associate (CBA) designation in July 2022.
