Manal Alotaibi

Manal Alotaibi currently serves as the IT-Operations Performance and Reporting Section Manager at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority since August 2024. Prior to this role, Manal held leadership positions at solutions by stc, including IT-Operations Performance and Reporting Team Lead, Shift Leader, and System Engineer, from September 2022 to June 2024. Experience in IT support was gained at Mobily as an IT Support Engineer from March 2020 to September 2022. Manal also worked as a Systems Developer for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties from May 2019 to November 2019 and as a Computer Science Instructor at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University from April 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, an early role as an Information Technology Trainee was completed at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in May 2014. Manal holds a Bachelor's degree in Networking and Telecommunication Systems from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.
