Alexander Loktionov

Alexander Loktionov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexander started their career in 2004 as a Programmer and Trainer at AgroEcology, where they focused on agriculture software database design and staff training. In 2006, they became the Technical Director at Sputnik-Security Ltd, where they secured and tracked mobile objects. Alexander then joined Binet Plus as a Sales Manager, System Administrator, and Programmer, specializing in hardware distribution and installation, as well as wireless network design.

Alexander transitioned to Inmarket Studio in 2007, serving as a Manager and overseeing goods, multimedia, and events production. At 2kgroup, Alexander worked as an AS Developer, contributing to casino games production. Alexander then joined Crytek, first as a UI Developer and Group Master, working on Warface's user interface. Later, they became a Project Manager for Warface: Statistics, managing backlog, schedule, and budgets. Finally, they took on the role of Project Management Office Manager, handling strategic vision and development standards for Warface: Feature, Content, QA, Live & NSO Teams.

Most recently, Alexander has been with Zakaz.ua since 2019, initially as a Project Manager responsible for expanding the service to multiple countries. Alexander then served as the Head of PMO, driving the formalization and improvement of management practices within the IT Department. Currently, they hold the role of Release Train Engineer, ensuring high program predictability. Throughout their career, Alexander has demonstrated their expertise in project management, implementation of management practices, and incorporation of agile methodologies.

Alexander Loktionov's education history is as follows:

From 2021 to 2021, Alexander attended E5 and completed the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Course (5.1). During the same period, they also attended E5 and completed the Project Management: Deep Dive course.

In 2020, Alexander obtained certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile Inc. This certification was in the field of Enterprise Leadership.

From 2000 to 2007, Alexander attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science.

From 1991 to 2000, Alexander attended Sevastopol School #3, where they graduated and studied English.

Alexander also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® obtained in September 2014 from the Scrum Alliance.

In addition to their formal education, Alexander has obtained several additional certifications. In August 2022, they completed the Analyzing and Visualizing Data in Looker course from Coursera, as well as the Business Transformation with Google Cloud, Managing Change when Moving to Google Cloud, and Managing Machine Learning Projects with Google Cloud courses. In July 2022, they completed the Infrastructure and Application Modernization with Google Cloud, Optimizing Your Google Cloud Costs, Understanding Google Cloud Security and Operations, and Understanding Your Google Cloud Costs courses. In June 2022, they completed the Innovating with Data and Google Cloud and Introduction to Digital Transformation with Google Cloud courses.

Some other relevant certifications include the SAFe Release Train Engineer Essentials from the Scaled Agile Framework Community, obtained in February 2022, and the Prometheus: Economics for all course from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, obtained in October 2015. Alexander also completed the Gamification course offered through the University of Pennsylvania and Coursera in March 2015.
