Sameh Elsebaey

Sameh Elsebaey is an experienced marine engineer with a strong background in technical supervision and engineering roles. Currently serving as Technical Superintendent and Marine Port Engineer at POSH Saudi Co. Ltd. since April 2022, Sameh Elsebaey also holds a position as Marine Port Engineer at Rawabi Holding Group since August 2019. With additional experience as Marine Chief Engineer for Global Marine Services UAE, Tidewater Marine, and Zakher Marine International Inc., Sameh Elsebaey has an extensive history in operating dynamic positioning vessels in collaboration with Aramco in Saudi Arabia. Sameh Elsebaey holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Marine Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Egyptian Army Engineering College.
