Sary Latch

Sary Latch has extensive experience in fleet personnel management, currently serving as the Director of Fleet Personnel at ZMI Holdings since June 2014, overseeing operations related to crewing and rotation plans for all seafarers across various offshore vessels. Sary has held positions such as Fleet Crewing Manager, MOU Senior Crewing Superintendent, and Senior Crewing & Training Supervisor, with a focus on coordinating recruitment, training, and compliance with STCW & OPCO standards. Prior to this role, Sary was a Logistics Coordinator at DHL and has educational qualifications that include a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Antwerp Management School and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Additionally, Sary holds a position on the Advisory Board of the Sharjah Maritime Academy.
