Dr. Hendrik Kalb

Dr. Hendrik Kalb is an experienced professional in customer care analytics and information management, currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Care Analytics at Zalando SE since June 2015. Dr. Kalb has held various positions at Zalando SE, including Senior Analyst, Senior Project Manager, and Team Lead for Information & Knowledge Management, leading an international team of 12 individuals from diverse backgrounds. Prior to Zalando SE, Dr. Kalb worked as a consultant for KRALLMANN AG and as a wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at both TU Berlin and Technische Universität Dresden. Dr. Kalb holds a Ph.D. in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Universität Dresden, along with a Diplom degree in the same field.
