Jacek Sztandarski

Jacek Sztandarski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and quality management. Currently serving as Product Operations Lead and Principal at Zalando SE since July 2015, Jacek has successfully set the direction for the Product Operations Team within Zalando's Partner Program, defined KPIs, and established the first REST API technical support unit. Previous roles at Zalando included leading onboarding and content development for merchants. Before joining Zalando, Jacek worked as Quality Manager for Digital Operations at ctrl QS, overseeing QA for the global NIVEA MEN digital rollouts, and held various positions at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, contributing to training and quality optimization for easyJet's operations. Jacek holds a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
