Johannes Boumans

Johannes Boumans is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in site reliability engineering and community management. At Zalando since February 2016, Johannes has advanced from a Site Reliability Engineer to Engineering Manager - SRE, providing valuable insights and analyzing data to enhance product performance and user experience. Prior to Zalando, Johannes served as Community Manager at Travian Games from May 2013 to December 2018, overseeing a remote team of 25-30 volunteers focused on game rule enforcement and communication management across various platforms.
