Kate Schofield

Kate Schofield is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive hiring, particularly within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Recruiting & Services at Zalando since February 2020, Kate leads an executive recruiting and research team focused on sourcing senior leaders in technical roles. Prior to this role, Kate spent four years at Google as a Senior Recruiter specializing in technical leadership, and earlier worked as a Researcher at Odgers Berndtson, where contributions were made to the CFO Practice in recruiting Finance Directors across diverse sectors. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Durham University, obtained in 2012.
