Kerry McCrum

Kerry McCrum is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the tech and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Zalando since January 2019, Kerry oversees a team of 17 professionals across Offprice, Partner Services, and the Helsinki and Dublin Tech Hubs. Previously, Kerry held roles at FlixBus, where as the first in-house tech recruiter, efforts contributed to significant team growth during an agile transformation. Additional recruitment experience includes tenure at Yelp.com managing full-cycle recruitment for various engineering roles and early HR experience at OnLive and Global Exchange. Kerry holds a BA in International Studies from the University of San Francisco and studied at University College Dublin.
