Mihailo Bergman

Mihailo Bergman currently serves as a Junior Operations Manager in the Dunning & Collection team at Zalando Payments, leading a sub-team and overseeing the training and onboarding of new colleagues while managing communications with external debt collection and payment service providers. Previously, Mihailo held various roles at idealo internet GmbH, including Affiliate and Cooperations / Performance Marketing Trainee and Lead and Account Manager, focusing on publisher acquisition, account management, performance tracking, and campaign execution. Early experience includes a position as a Student Assistant at the University of Novi Sad, where Mihailo conducted seminars in economics. Mihailo holds a Master of Arts in International Economics from The Berlin School of Economics and Law and a Bachelor with Honours in European and International Economics and Business from the University of Novi Sad.
