Sam Tallant

Sam Tallant is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and leadership, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Zalando since October 2024, while also co-founding QueerNext in June 2023 to support LGBTQIA+ leaders. Previously, Sam held the position of Head of Talent at Consultport and led operations for DACH & Nordics at AVOMIND from September 2020 to May 2024, demonstrating expertise in team scaling and hub launches across multiple regions. Early career positions include various roles at COS and Debenhams, complemented by a BA in Linguistics with German from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
