Valentina Cassinelli

Valentina Cassinelli currently serves as the Head of Partner Success Management and Head of Support Operations at Zalando, where responsibilities include fostering relationships with over 1200 fashion brands and developing scalable B2B solutions to enhance decision-making processes for a customer base of 45 million. Prior to Zalando, Valentina held various leadership positions at Booking.com from May 2013 to August 2020, focusing on operational management and performance analysis in customer support. Previous experience includes roles in customer service and team leadership at SELLBYTEL Group Spain, and branding and design positions at companies such as Sexton Media and Officine Grafiche. Valentina holds a Master in Creative Direction from Istituto Europeo di Design and a Diploma in Graphic & Multimedia Design from Istituto Superiore di Design.
