Vladimir Sarafanov

Vladimir Sarafanov is a Senior Android Engineer at Zalando SE since December 2020, following a decade-long tenure at HiQ, where the roles included Lead Developer, Expert Researcher, Qualified Developer, and Junior Developer. At HiQ, Vladimir focused on clean code practices, architecture design, and mentoring developers while implementing modern technologies and functional programming to enhance mobile application functionalities like automatic localization and peer-to-peer money transfers. Earlier experience includes a C++ Developer role at the Institute for Systems Analytic, Russian Academy of Sciences, contributing to scientific research on flight path planning for remotely piloted vehicles.
