Gustavo Avenaut has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Zalat Pizza since June 2020. Prior to this role, Gustavo held managerial positions at Mexican Inn Cafe from January 2019 to March 2020 and Outback Steakhouse from April 2000 to December 2018. Gustavo earned an Associate's degree in Chemistry from Louisiana State University-Alexandria, attending from 1999 to 2002.
