Cognitive HQ prosthesis for ADHD
Zalfol started as the Accountability Sponsorship Program — 30-day 1:1 coaching for ADHD brains, with daily calls, measured KPIs, and group accountability sessions. 9 participants made it through fully: businesses launched, addictions replaced by healthy systems, emotional regulation built and measured with real metrics. 23 more I couldn't reach. I only have 24 hours.

So I removed myself as the bottleneck and built the methodology into software.

The core: the 6 Box Model — seven cognitive containers that externalize brain chaos into structured action. Dump → 2-Min Actions → Trash → CEO/Projects → Feelings/QC → R&D → Keeper. Each box does one job. The brain stops trying to hold everything at once.
