Hai Tran

Hai Tran has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Hai started their career as a Human Resources Executive at Digiworld Corporation in 2015. Later on, they joined VNG Corporation where they held the roles of Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Employee Experience Specialist. In 2022, Hai became the Deputy Head of HR at ZaloPay and in 2023, they were promoted to the role of Head of HR.

Hai Tran received a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Tran Dai Nghia Specialized High School from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Hai has obtained certifications in various areas such as Managing Talent, Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees, Talent Management, and Employee Experience from institutions like Coursera and LinkedIn. Hai also achieved an IELTS score of 7.5 from the British Council.
