Zhina Berry, CLSSBB, is a seasoned professional in operations and content management with extensive experience in the e-commerce and digital marketing sectors. Since joining ZALORA Group in February 2012, Zhina has held key positions including Senior Manager of Operations, where the focus has been on enhancing the Z-Production team's processes for product launches and quality assurance, and Head of Content, responsible for establishing effective content guidelines and SEO-optimized product descriptions. Prior to ZALORA, Zhina provided consultancy services in digital design and development, contributed as Designer and Senior Content Editor at Teleforce Asia Inc., and led marketing efforts for overseas properties at Quest Estates Marketing and Promotions.
