Amanda Cosindas

Amanda Cosindas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Amanda is currently working as the Director of Communications at Zambezi since 2022. Prior to this, Amanda founded blackbird communications in 2011 and served as the Founder. Amanda also worked at The Many as the Director of Marketing and Communications from 2018 to 2022, where they built and oversaw the agency's PR practice and processes.

In addition, Amanda has experience as the Managing Director, US at FinchFactor in 2017-2018. Amanda worked as a Yoga Teacher and Indoor Cycling Teacher at YAS Fitness Centers from 2007 to 2017. Amanda also served as the Client and Media Director at Raconteur, a marketing and public relations consultancy, from 2015 to 2017, where they worked with various brands and artists.

Furthermore, Amanda has worked as a Publicist and Social Media Specialist at NewGround PR & Marketing from 2014 to 2015. Amanda also has experience as a Marketing and Research Consultant at Urschel Recovery Science Institute from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Amanda worked as a Project Manager and Event Director at KB Home from 2003 to 2008.

Amanda Cosindas completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Emory University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In 1999, they also participated in a study abroad program at UCL, focusing on Comparative Health Care Systems: The United States and Great Britain.
