Alex Malama Chiwama

Alex Malama Chiwama has extensive experience in customs and revenue administration, currently serving as Assistant Commissioner - East at the Zambia Revenue Authority since February 2020. Prior roles at the Zambia Revenue Authority include acting Assistant Commissioner for Chirundu OSBP, Senior Collector (Station Manager), and various managerial positions at border posts. Chiwama's career also includes significant roles in enforcement and credibility control within the organization. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance from Stellenbosch Business School, a Master of Arts in Customs Administration Law & Policy from the University of Münster, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Zambia.
