Merindah Moonga

Merindah Moonga is a seasoned professional in customs and international trade, currently serving as the Manager for Tariff Classification and Rules of Origin at the Zambia Revenue Authority since February 2015. Prior roles include Customs Collector focusing on International Trade and Policy with an emphasis on HS Classification, Customs Examining Officer, and Graduate Management Trainee. Merindah is also engaged with the World Customs Organization, working as an HS Programme Officer for the EU-WCO HS Africa Programme since March 2022 and previously as a Professional Associate from October 2020 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Team Manager at the Zambia Institute for Customer Management from September 2013 to December 2014. Merindah holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Lusaka and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Zambia.
