Florent Albert

Florent Albert is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as the Directeur Régional OTC for Zambon since August 2009, Florent manages a team of 12 pharmaceutical representatives, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Responsibilities include activity tracking, reporting, and implementing corrective actions, as well as regional meeting facilitation and collaboration on incentive programs. Florent has a strong mastery of the OTC market and has developed and executed regional action plans based on environmental analysis and key performance indicators.
