Omar Alansari

Omar AlAnsari is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zamil Air Conditioners since January 2023, Omar previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zamil Industrial from March 2018 to January 2023, where expertise in Oracle ASaaS Recruitment System was applied to recruit candidates. Earlier roles include Recruiter and Talent Management Coordinator at Saudi Readymix Concrete Co from May 2014 to February 2018, overseeing coordination with manpower agencies and preparing offer letters.
