Pankaj, a civil engineer with 19 years of diversified experience in Sales, Business Development & Project Management for Pre-Engineered Buildings, Turnkey construction of Industrial and Residential projects. Having a proven track record of excellent performance, achieving the business targets, and successfully delivering the projects. Before joining Zamil Steel family in 2012, he worked with Tata BlueScope Steel and Interarch Building Products. He started his career with Diebold Systems India in 2005. He has rich experience of 15+ years in Pre-Engineered Building industry working in diverse capacities. He is a seasoned leader capable of motivating, training & developing the team effectively and mapping their growth plan with embracing work enthusiasm. Experienced in handling key accounts of multi-national corporates with excellent communication & customer relationship skills resulting in customer satisfaction and repeat orders. As a Head - Sales & Business Development (West), he is successfully managing & developing high performing sales team of 15 people at Western & Central India (Maharashtra & Gujarat).
