Abhay Naik

Abhay Naik is a seasoned recruiter currently serving at Zamp since July 2024, with previous experience at SuperAGI and Contlo. At SuperAGI from May 2023 to July 2024, Abhay focused on recruiting AI Engineers, Scientists, and Researchers, successfully attracting talent from top engineering institutes, including IITs and NITs. At Contlo from October 2021 to June 2024, Abhay led recruitment and onboarding initiatives for a workforce of over 150 employees, significantly reducing hiring duration and managing various Go-to-Market roles. Additionally, Abhay engaged in event planning and managed social media and website content during tenure at Contlo. Abhay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Christ University, Bangalore.
