Shauna Tran is an experienced professional in client success and project management with a background in strategic relationship development. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Zamplia since June 2021, Shauna focuses on establishing and maintaining partnerships, setting performance goals, training new users, and evaluating growth strategies. Prior experience includes roles at The Logit Group, Inc. from May 2017 to June 2021, where Shauna held positions including Client Success Manager and Project Manager, overseeing project lifecycles, managing resources, and analyzing survey data. Shauna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ryerson University and has pursued further education at Humber College.
