Heidi Corcoran

Heidi Corcoran currently serves as a Senior Project Advisor at Zan Associates, providing strategic leadership on transportation and infrastructure projects while mentoring project managers and fostering collaboration between public and private organizations. Previous positions include Operations and Outreach Manager at The PLUM Catalyst LLC, where Heidi focused on achieving project deliverables and expanding client relationships, and Strategy and Operations Manager at Milligan Partners, where innovative processes were developed in a dynamic environment. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Mobility Innovation Strategist, Research Manager at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, Transportation Coordinator for Dakota County, and Transportation Analyst at CDM Smith, complemented by early career experience as a Community Relations Liaison at the Minnesota Department of Transportation and a School Bus Driver. Heidi holds a B.A. in Written Communications from St. Catherine University.
