The leadership team at Zana has a lot of experience in the industry, with a history of founding companies such as RealBookers Shpk and MyOffice.al. They also have a lot of experience in coordinating projects, as they are also the co-founder of the Albanian Institute of Science. In terms of education, the team has degrees in Information Management from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Communication and Media Engineering from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences.
