Andrew Bertolli

Andrew Bertolli is currently serving as the Head of Transaction Execution and Managing Director at Zanbato since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Latham & Watkins as an Attorney from November 2012 to April 2021. Andrew had also previously served as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins in May 2011. Additionally, they had a brief experience working in the legal team at Yelp in June 2010 and interned at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from March 2008 to June 2008.

Andrew Bertolli holds a B.A. degree from UCLA and a J.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA in 2021.
