Furqan M. has over 19 years of work experience in various financial institutions. Furqan started their career at Citi as a Process Officer in the Asset Finance Division in 2002. Furqan then joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2003, where they worked as a Team Leader in the Middle Office and Back Office, handling responsibilities such as FI portfolio duration reporting and equity portfolio marking. In 2008, Furqan joined Commercial Bank International as a Market Risk and Treasury Middle Office Professional, where they were responsible for setting up and implementing the Risk Governance Framework for various modules. Currently, Furqan is working at Zand as a Market Risk and Liquidity Risk Manager.

Furqan M. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Investment Analysis Portfolio Management from Mumbai University Mumbai. Additionally, Furqan has obtained various certifications, including "Using Python with Excel" from LinkedIn and certifications on commodity essentials, core essentials, FX essentials, and fixed income essentials from Bloomberg LP. Furqan is also a candidate for the next level of the Professional Risk Manager (PRMIA) certification from PRMIA - Professional Risk Managers' International Association.
