He is a former judge in the National Commercial Courts and currently one of three Members of the General Arbitration Tribunal of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, the most prestigious arbitral tribunal in Argentina, where he was president in 2007-2008 and 2013-2014.
Mr. Ferrario has authored numerous articles and books on bankruptcy law and trusts.
He is a Full Professor of Economic Law II (Bankruptcy), Associate professor of Negotiable Instruments, Banking Operations and Stock Exchange at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) Law and Business Schools, where he also teaches graduate classes. Additionally, he is Professor of Corporate Business and Contracts at the Law School in Universidad de Misiones.
