Patrick Walsh

Patrick Walsh is an experienced executive in the geothermal industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Zanskar Geothermal & Minerals, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Walsh held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Cyrq Energy from 2022 to January 2025 and worked at Ormat Technologies, Inc. for 14 years in various roles, including Vice President of Geothermal Resource. Walsh has also contributed to the Geothermal Resources Council as a Board Member and served as a Subsurface Fluids Geologist at the New Mexico Bureau of Geology. Earlier in the career, Walsh was a Senior Consultant at Landmark Graphics. Educationally, Walsh is pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business and holds a Master's degree in Geological Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Bachelor's degree in Geosciences from Penn State University.
