Brian Nelson

Brian Nelson serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Zap Energy since September 2019. Prior to this role, Brian held the title of Research Professor Emeritus at the University of Washington from April 1987 to July 2019. Brian holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Nuclear Engineering & Engineering Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Science - MS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
