Arshia S. has worked in various roles since 2012. Arshia began as a Biomedical Engineer at both KIMS Hospital and Yashoda Hospitals in 2013 and 2012 respectively. In 2015, they became a QA Analyst at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Arshia then moved to Morphotek, Inc. in 2016 as a Validation and Verification Engineer. Since 2017, they have been a Software Test Engineer at ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc., where they are responsible for writing and executing test procedures and test cases for the software of the medical device, testing the software, releasing the software, and assisting the QA team in the ECO of the software.

Arshia S. completed a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2014. Arshia then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and completed it in 2015. In 2019, Arshia S. obtained a Master of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Campbellsville University, which they completed in 2020. In addition to their educational qualifications, Arshia S. has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and Microsoft, including Continuous Integration: Tools, DevOps Foundations: Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration, DevOps Foundations: Infrastructure as Code, Postman Essential Training, PowerShell: Functions for Advanced Automation, DEV236x: Introduction to Python: Absolute Beginner, and DEV274x: Introduction to Python: Fundamentals.
