Jonathan Balfour

Jonathan Balfour has worked in various roles since 2001. Jonathan began their career at Merck Frosst Canada Ltd, where they held a Sales & Key Account Management role. In 2008, they joined The Boston Consulting Group in Sydney, Australia as a Consultant. In 2010, they started their own business, Balfour Consulting, as a Strategy Consultant. In 2012, they became Vice President of Business Development at Qualgenix LLC. In 2014, they moved to Inventure LLC as Vice President of Operations. In 2019, they joined ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc. as Business Development - Canada. Most recently, in 2021, they became CFO/COO of Panaxium, the world's first iontronic platform to heal the human brain.

Jonathan Balfour completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science at Queen's University between 1996 and 2000. Jonathan then attended AGSM @ UNSW Business School between 2007 and 2008, earning an MBA in General Management, including Finance, Marketing, Venture Capital, and Organisation. In 2008, they went on to London Business School, where they received an MBA in General Management, including Finance, Marketing, Venture Capital, and Organisation.
