Denisa Petrakovicova is an experienced professional with a strong background in business process management and customer service within the utilities sector. Currently serving as the Commercial Director and Head of the Grid Connection Department at Západoslovenská distribučná, a.s. - Skupina ZSE since October 2012, Denisa has successfully managed various teams focused on connections and customer service quality while overseeing process analysis, monitoring, and optimization. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior BPM Consultant at IDS Scheer, where Denisa specialized in optimizing processes across telecom, utilities, and services sectors, as well as consulting on CRM implementation at OTE Group and leading customer care processes at Slovak Telekom.
