Aleks Ozolins

Aleks Ozolins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both technical support and music performance. Currently, Aleks serves as a Senior Technical Support Specialist and Customer Champion at Zapier since October 2021. With a strong background in music, Aleks has been a French Hornist with AFM, Local 802 since July 2005 and held the position of Principal Horn with Chamber Orchestra of New York from January 2013 to July 2023. Additional musical engagements include work with orchestras such as the Florida Grand Opera and Philharmonic Orchestra of the Americas, where Aleks played a key role in tours and album recordings. Aleks has a solid foundation in IT support, having worked for companies like ICANotes LLC and OzoStudio Services, showing expertise in troubleshooting, software support, and system configuration across various platforms.
