Nadine Piecha

Nadine Piecha is an experienced UX research leader currently serving as Head of UX Research at FREENOW since April 2021, overseeing a team of Senior UX Researchers and guiding research projects across the organization. Previously, Nadine built the UX Research function at Beat, where responsibilities included developing research strategies and managing a multi-country team. As a Co-Founder of The Product Monster, a product school in Barcelona, Nadine contributes to curriculum development and class offerings. Past roles include Head of Research at Badi, Principal UX Researcher at Oracle, and various positions at eDreams ODIGEO and eBay, focusing on user experience measurement and research strategy. Nadine holds a Diplom in Psychology from the University of Potsdam and studied at Cardiff University.
