Michael Shen

Michael (Donghua) Shen is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in channel partnerships, marketing, and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Channel Partnerships at Zapier since April 2019, Michael has successfully rehired and expanded the channel partnership team, launching Zapier's first referral program and doubling the number of solution partners. Previous roles at Zapier include Senior Director of Operations and Senior Director of Marketing, where notable achievements included growing paid advertising to a multi-million dollar channel and significantly enhancing email marketing impact. Prior to Zapier, Michael held key positions at Amazon, leading marketing initiatives and managing substantial business segments, and worked as a consultant at Oliver Wyman. Michael holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.
