Thane Kerner

Thane Kerner has extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations in the scholarly and professional knowledge sectors. Currently, Thane serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO at Silverchair, a company dedicated to maximizing the impact of scholarly knowledge. Additionally, Thane is a General Partner at Silverchair Holdings LLC and the Chair of the Board of Directors at Hum, which focuses on enhancing engagement for specialty associations. Thane has been a member of the Board of Advisors for Zapnito since 2014 and previously held the position of CEO at Silverchair Learning Systems, a subsidiary aimed at professional skills training in the long-term care industry. Thane began a publishing career at Experimental Hematology and holds a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
