Mark Kobal

Mark Kobal has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Mark has worked in various managerial positions in well-known companies such as KPMG CEE and KPMG LLP. Mark started as a Manager at KPMG LLP in 2003 and continued working till 2008. Later, Mark worked as a Manager at KPMG CEE from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Central European Media Enterprises as a Director of External Reporting and became Head of Investor Relations in 2013, a position which they held till 2020. In 2019, they became the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Torch Entertainment s.r.o. In 2021, they joined RockawayX as Head of Investor Relations, and recently, in 2023, they started working for Zapp Electric Vehicles Group Limited as the Head of Investor Relations.

Mark Kobal attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, though it is unclear when they attended and whether or not they obtained a degree or field of study. Mark has since obtained several additional certifications including the Investor Relations Charter (IRC®) from the National Investor Relations Institute in April of 2016, the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in February of 2006, and the Intermediate Wine Certificate from the International Sommelier Guild at an unknown date.
